SS Claymore's Cabin

A little part of MacBraynes history lies in a rather landlocked position.

The first MacBraynes vessel to boast the illustrious name 'Claymore' on her hull was used to regular views of the Western Isles from her proud Cabin. Now sadly long gone from plying the Highlands waters a little piece of her history proudly remains in one piece - all be it landlocked...
To the right is a external picture of the cabin, the current owner of this remarkable garden feature comments "...the internal features are extremely interesting however as the cabin is temporarily full of tools etc there wouldn't be much point in photographing it!"
