Isle of Islay

Track of the Isle of Islay on AIS would indicate that sea trials are now taking place.

Need some help Identifying a vessel

Hi everyone I need some help identifying a vessel I was talking to someone that remembers a vessel on the wemyss bay to Rothesay run in the late seventies that had a turn table and a lift on the deck. I don't know if that's a real vessel or if they have imagined it ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ˜„

Thanks

She had a lift with turntables plus a turntable at the front of the car deck from new, and a stern ramp from early 70's.

These things have to be expected, bearing in mind the hull is already a few years old!

Would also be interested! ...although it's always sad to see them broken up - it's better than lying as a rusting hulk somewhere.
