In 2008 the rare spectacle of all three 3rd Generation Clyde ferries together was attained briefly this afternoon, as Argyle took the 1215 ex Wemyss Bay, Bute lay off with the 1145 ex Rothesay and Coruisk waited patiently to enter service. The latter then swapped places with Bute which in turn headed north for her overhaul.
