In 1970 Glen Sannox assumed the Wemyss Bay to Rothesay run, giving seven return sailings. She was at first bedevilled by high tide difficulties at Rothesay harbour, for the town's pier is notoriously low in the water. SHe had been replaced at Arran by Caledonia.
