History

The small landing craft was built for CMAL to coincide with their takeover of the small crossing to Kerrera on the 1st July 2017. For the previous 22 years the route was operated by local man Duncan MacEachen, who since 1999 had used the landing craft Gylen Lady on the route. Carvoria is built along similar lines with a slightly increased cargo capacity.
